Been here many times. Always a pleasant experience. Rooms are clean, sraff is courteous, and whije this is a very busy tourist hotel, it is always quiet in the rooms and hallways.

Hotel was walking distance to the outlets if you want to do some shopping. Market basket is also nearby if you need groceries, and about 10 minutes away to cranmore! The best part are the outdoor jacuzzis/gym and they always have towels when you need them. The downside—when I asked for my room to be clean, only the trash was taken out. The door handle in the bathroom was broken—rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast buffet didn’t have that many options! A game was always out of order and the indoor pool didn’t feel heated. Overall, the hotel staff were kind and friendly since check in

The wait staff and bar staff at the hotel were great. management and the front desk could not be bothered. At check out I mention to the front desk manager that I had an allergic reaction from something in the room. The manger just said thanks and brushed it off. I have gold status with Hilton but chose to stay at local hotel. It's a mistake I will not make again.

We had a toilet that didn’t work well. The indoor pool that to be heated was cold. Fitness equipment was mostly broken. The Tavern was over priced for what we got.
