Employees didn’t know what they were doing , I got charged 3 times for one day and all they could say was I’ll get the money sent back to my card but it never did and it’s been more than a week.
Nice rooms, nice staff. Breakfast was organized and good.
I have a torn meniscus and difficulty moving around there is no elevator at the property nor was I offered a first-floor room that was kind of inconvenient

It wasn’t the most cleanly place. I felt like I shouldn’t walk without shoes on around the room. It appear to look like earwax was on the remote. The beds were comfy, we were close to the pool and couldn’t hear people swimming.
The room we stayed in needed some work. The outlets near the beds were so old that the plugs to any of our chargers or fans wouldn't stay in the wall. So we were without some outlets. Hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was very polite and kind.

The indoor heated pool was a plus 😀. The location was great, Settlers Green shpping was rote on the side of the property.
Everything was fine. Not fancy, not 100% clean or perfect (hair on comforter and in shower at check in, old torn towels, etc.). But it was ok enough.
Rented the room because had laundry facilities, but when got there,informed was broken! Could have been disaster,on 12 day trip, and needed to do laundry. They were very helpful and let us do laundry in the private washer!! Life saver
