we asked for a room on ist floor because I have problems walking. when I got there we were told it I wanted a room on street level it would have been another$150.00 and they were sold out any way. we would only have to climb 6 steps. Fine the room was ok clean and dated but what did it was the dumpster pick up at 5:30 am.
I stayed here two different nights in the same week. Therefore I had two different rooms. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Both room has drain stopper problems. They need to hire a plumber for just simple jobs. The front desk morning help could us some customer service training. Had an issue with the computer in the lobby and no one had time to give a sh--.
Came here for a quick night in the mountains. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable. In the morning we went down to the breakfast area and enjoyed a quick breakfast. Nothing really spectacular, but it hit the spot. I would say the best part of this motel is it's location, close to a lot of things.
We stayed here for one night while climbing Mt. Washington. The room was very large and came equipped with a microwave , refrig and coffee maker. The room was clean and very well presented with nice bed linens. It was a 30 min ride from the base of the mountain. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We did not eat the breakfast on the first morning as we got an early start. On the second morning we did eat the breakfast. The muffins were tiny. There were adequate cold cereals , yogurt, waffle and sausage choices. The selections were fine , but not outstanding. The hotel location is fantastic and easy access to many restaurants and shops.
My wife and I were just traveling through and decided to spend the night to do a little shopping. This hotel is a short walk from Settler's Green outlet store area, but that was the only upside. We stayed here because it was advertised as dog-friendly, but it is more accurately described as merely dog-tolerant. The reception staff did not seem like they wanted to be there, let alone serve customers. Our room was noisy and not well-maintained. Breakfast was 'meh'. We will not stay here again.
This hotel is just honestly nothing to write home about. I think I paid a little more than I should have for my night stay of around $120, just because the biggest ammenitie I needed was Internet and I was only going to stay in a name brand. Location to Settler's Green is pretty great as I was able to walk over and buy Lindt Chocolate easily at the outlet, and there are a decent amount of dining in the general vicinity. The hotel it's self is just really non-descript and just in-noteworthy. Rooms looked renovated, which was nice, but hallways, exteriors and parking lot all did not have curb appeal. The hotel also does not have elevators in the building I was staying in. Found that odd... During the Summer the pool hallways smelled musty and dingy, just an FYI. Truthfully; if I travel to North Conway again I'll probably just try to book something else, and plan further in advance so I can have nicer accommodations like the Hampton Inn or Marriott.
This was a shopping trip so we looked for a hotel close to the outlets. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the quality of the room. As my wife has back problems the condition of the bed is high on our list on needs. The bed had the perfect firmness needed. The room was clean and well air conditioned. There is no lift to the second floor and the stairs are challenging for some one with mobility problems. The breakfast was included and had lots of options from hot items to cereals and fresh fruit. The front staff were very helpful. We would certainly stay again.
We stayed here the last weekend in July. Hotel room was clean and average size but it was dated. We were located in the Dixville Building which is separate from the main building. This is not a big deal since the main building not a far distance at all. There is no outdoor pool only an indoor pool. This hotel is good for someone just looking for a place to stay with no thrills. It is in a great location to outlets and restaurants if thats what your looking for. We didn't hang out much at the hotel except to sleep so it was perfect for the weekend.
Stayed there for one night, after a big day of motorcycle riding. The place is decent. The hotel in itself, including the lobby and else, is somewhat dated. It could use some major renovation. My room was clean beside a towel that was left hanging on the door. Room is dated with partial renovations. I must say it was clean. Breakfast was on par with similar establishments, no better, no worse. Overall, this place is adequate around 100$ in the busy summer season. Ideally, it should be demolished and something brand new take its place.
Stayed for two nights in July. The rooms are rather small. The only time spent in the hotel was for sleeping as we were out and about all day. It is close to a lot of activities in North Conway which is nice, however there are a lot nicer hotels near by. The continental breakfast area is very small and was way too crowded. If you are looking or a cheap option for sleeping then I would recommend it.
