This property needs renovation. No wifi or very spotty. TV okay but updating is required. Breakfast is basically cold cereal. It looks like there are several people live at this property as there are plants on the balconies indicating long term guests.
Bed bugs, what else to say? We were just a bunch of climbers and more often than not camp, but this was not what we expect when we pay for a hotel, even a bargain rate one.
Nothing - This was a very misleading ad - where it describes and pictures an indoor pool and breakfast at the once very busy breakfast restaurant right next door. That said restaurant is now closed because of covid - but every other breakfast restaurant is open as well as the pool through covid. VERY MISLEADING!!
Large parking, rooms were cleaned, staff available.

Sadly when we arrived was not told that the hot tub was out of order. It was going to be one of the highlights for our weekend. Rooms were tired looking.
Loved the heated pool and the hot tub. Front desk woman very friendly and helpful Only thing i did not like was no coffee maker in room. Or microwave.

This place was exactly what I expected. For the price, I wasn't expecting a lot but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is a little dated but it was clean. The women at check in and check out were very friendly. It was nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub to use. The Blueberry Muffin supplied a delicious breakfast. The cinnamon roll French toast special was so good. The room had a good size fridge in it too.
Hotel is very old, not clean, curtains are practically falling out of the wall, beds are very uncomfortable and there was a weird smell to the bathroom. We ended up leaving a day early.
The room was dingy, floor was dirty, one of the bedsheets had a hole in it, and the pool was dirty and freezing.
Close to Settlers Green. Great basic breakfast included at Blueberry Muffin attached to hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools. Rooms are bit tired but clean. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.
Grounds looked liked they could use some manicuring so I was a little nervous when we drove up. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.
Just a short stay. Slept well. Tvs could be a little larger. Breakfast is ok, but really a credit toward an attached restaurant. Nothing wrong anywhere, but not amazing.

We are and will continue to do renovations. We do participate in a federally funded state run program because of the housing shortage in the area due to short term rentalsnot being controlled in our area.Thank you for your input.

We are sorry for your experience with bed bugs. We can't control what other people bring into our hotel. We do have a pest control company managing the maintenance of that.
