The second night there was a beep noise coming from the plug in that is between the beds. Also the usb plug ins didnt work and my son got shocked when he tried to unplug the cord from the usb plug.

Staff was great in getting us a new room when the first one we checked in to reeked of weed. The second room we got, the door to the washroom stuck and the tub wouldn't drain because it was filled with hair. Otherwise, the room was clean and the rest of the hotel was too. It has a good variety of items at the breakfast they offer.

Confy beds, lacking on the cleanliness. Found black hair in the shower, and wrappers behind sofa and under bed. Other than that excellent service from front desk. Very friendly staff

The only issue I had was the next door neighbours were screaming at 10:30 and I asked them to keep it down as I have children. Then continued to scream AT ME. So I called front desk, she was young and not really equipped to deal with the girls screaming and told them that 11 is the quiet time. So that didn’t help much

The hallway was very noisy. Young kids whooping it up until after 11. Gap under Main door lets noise seep through. Also I thought the bathroom toilet was very very low.
