The staff was always ready & eager to answer any questions or concerns that any guest might have. They also knew and understood the ADA rules, understanding the importance of a "real" service dog as well as the red flags that a real service dog doesn't have.

Great property but every time I stay there I have issue with city parking that hotel validates. It is such an inconvenience. Also hotel puts 250 hold on card for incidentals. This time but on my debt card even though I told them not to which has frozen that money in my bank account.

Love this place, great spot to walk to the falls. Place is clean, staff is friendly. Only downside is parking is city owned and the 3x I have stayed there I have had issues exiting lot such as staff not validating or ticket not working.
