Pleasant and spacious room, quiet location, breakfast had numerous standard choices, not amazing, but adequate. We have stayed here before in connection with the Mighty Niagara half marathon and would again.

Towels could take paint off a car. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom walls were refinished by an amateur. Noise coming through the ceiling was laughable. Little to no accessible parking

Staff were very friendly. I arrived an hour early and they accommodated an early check in. Easy check in and check out. Grounds and scenery were beautiful.

Great location and impressive building

Liked the location and old building. Lobby looked nice. Bed was comfy. Arrived early and our friend’s room was ready but we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our room. Very annoying since we had tickets for concert at Artpark. They were supposed to text me when ready, and assured me definitely before 4pm but I had to check at 4:05 because they still hadn’t reached out. Looks like cleaning people were rushed because shower walls looked dirty.
