Staff was very friendly and explained everything well. The room had some recent updates. The bedding was strange, no fitted sheets and there was a hole in the top sheet. The room also lacked adequate outlets. It was a 15 minute walk to the falls and for the price, we would recommend a stay here.

Awesome place

The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the bathtub was awesome ! Very friendly and helpful staff ! One of the employees, tall gentleman with greyish white hair, unfortunately didn't get his name, was sooo helpful with my inability to back up properly LOL He found me a much better spot ! Sooo sweet ! 💖 I will ALWAYS choose this hotel !!! 💖💖💖

Best Stay Ever

I called ahead of arriving and requested my room be on the first floor. The desk clerk assured me he would have everything taken care of when we arrived. When we arrived and I checked in he had me a parking spot saved for me right in front of my room. As he knew I had mobility problems. He was very helpful and very polite. It was one of my best stays. Good customer service wins all the time! 5 stars!

Outdated, noisy air conditioning, no noise cancelation in rooms, did not receive security deposit when prompted staff, instead told to “wait a day we’ll return the fee on your credit card when we have a chance.”. Did not receive money back until a full week later. Room appeared clean at first glance but under inspection found concerning areas that needed attention. Room had a funny smell.

Overnight stay at Kings Inn Near the Falls

The Kings Inn was perfect for our overnight stay. Office staff helpful and quick check in. The room was better than our expectation. The location is in a perfect central location close to the Falls and restaurants. The only recommendation is replacing the mattress for the king bed as it was very soft and a bit lumpy.

A friendly, welcoming motel where we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The air conditioning was excellent — perfect after a day exploring Niagara Falls. A great base for the area. Bed was very comfy :) plenty of options for food as you walk into the main area.
