Family overnight trip. Easy access to fallsview and Niagara falls. Breakfast is good. Hotel was clean and pool inside was a bonus for the kids. Would stay again for the price.

This hotel is in a great location walking distance to everything.Room was very clean. Check in was easy. Everyone at the front desk was helpful,efficient and welcoming. It is a little pricey. Had to pay for parking which was $22.50 per night which i thought should of been included with your stay. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect for a hotel. Overall was a great experience.

It was a decent place to stay for the price and for the purpose of our trip. We stayed here for a quick visit to family and only needed a place to sleep. The place was spacious and we get to have separate rooms. It was nice to have a couch to hang out on and watch tv, and a dining table for meals. Don’t expect hotel grade amenities: the towels were thin & rough, the carpets could use some deep cleaning, the shower curtains were narrow, but it is what you get for what you pay. The staff were great and the place is generally clean. Would recommend if you’re in a tight budget like we were.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and nice upon arrival and every time we walked back in. Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice with a fee more options. Like ham or bacon instead of sausage. Hotel is in a good location. Only a few blocks from Clifton Hill and all the fun to be had heading down to the Falls but in a quiet spot. Second time in a year staying here so we like it.

We stayed one night as we were in the area for a concert. The hotel is in a great area, easy to get to from the highway, good parking, and walkable to all of the attractions. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels of good quality. Coffee tea and warm cookies are available in the lobby, there is also an ice machine and a water bottle filler. The breakfast was usual cereals, eggs, sausage, potatoes, various breads for toasting, waffles juice yogurt and fruit. The staff were pleasant in all areas, communication was good. We did not use the pool. We would stay again.

Property is walking distance to clifton hill and ride into niagra falls by boat. Inside room we were left with a clogged bathroom sink that clearly hasnt been unclogged for a while as there was hair in the pipes and took minutes for it to drain. So it was a pain while brushing teetha and shaving.

Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is in a sketchy area of town. The room was okay. Bathroom and shower were very small. The bed was okay and the linens were thin and not adequate. I’d recommend spending an extra $100 to upgrade to a better hotel.

Check in was quick & easy, and staff were friendly. We booked a 2 queen suite and was a little disappointed with the size of the room, we were expecting a little more room for 3 adults & 2 kids to move around, but the room was on sale on Expedia so it was not bad for the price. The room conveniently came with a microwave & fridge, but the fridge was barely cooling. We liked the complimentary breakfast choices: eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, different kinds of bread & cereal, juice, coffee, and waffles. There were only 2 waffle maker so the line can get long. The location is about a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill, and 12-15 minutes to the city cruises location. It’s not too bad if you’re young and healthy but can be challenging for the elderly coming back because it’s uphill.
