Pool was freezing, there was dog poo in the hallway, hotel staff were not very friendly, continental break was prepackaged food only and and the water pressure was weak. The lobby and beds were comfortable.😊

The front desk staff was incredibly rude to us. We were waiting in line for 20 minutes when there was only one person in front of us very unorganized.then got put in a room who already had someone booked in there, a huge safety concern already. when asking for a new room after we got double booked I got told I would either be put in a new hotel or that I had to wait with a crazy attitude as if any part of that was my fault. There was no apology if anything she was trying to argue with me. after getting that sorted in the morning, the cleaning staff knocked on her door 30 minutes before our checkout trying to clean our room when it was not our time to leave. also had to kill two spiders.

The property was fine. The room was fine. The big issue that we had with our stay is that the people staying in the room directly next to us was having a big party with multiple people in there, and it eventually broke out into arguments in fights, recalled 3 times throughout the night and did not get any sleep. I know that a fight is not in control of the staff but I feel with the severity of what situation was and us calling multiple times throughout the night in early morning that we should have been accommodated for our stay because it really made it unpleasant

Hot tub could’ve been a bit hotter, and the area around the windows were littered with dead dragon flys. Our Tv also didn’t work. And the hot tub bleached my sister and I’s bikinis.
