Great Cape House with Outdoor Living near the Beaches

Located in Middletown, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. Marvelous 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed await guests in the cozy bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, shower, and hair dryer for added convenience. An additional office space with a queen bed provides extra room for relaxation. Experience what Middletown has to offer with a stay at our superb on house. We have a great outdoor patio with large fireplace as well as an outdoor shower perfect for after spending the day at the beach! We provide all of the linens and beach towels and have boogie boards and beach chairs to be used for those nice long days at the beach. Walk to first beach and less than a mile to second beach. If you want to head downtown we are one mile to the famed Cliff Walk entrance and 2 miles to Bannisters and Bowen’s Wharf. Easy walk and even easier ride-share to and fro.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

My friends and I stayed at Rich's for a weekend beach getaway. The location was fantastic- easy walk to Second beach and very close to downtown Newport. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs and wagons to transport our supplies over. The house accommodated seven of us comfortably with room for more. The outdoor patio space was awesome, and we spent a lot of time grilling and by the fireplace. Great find, would definitely come back!
