This is a nice hotel with all the required amenities. The room was cosy and functional for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and all very fresh. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely accomodating. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

As we go away most weekends and stayed in many hotels we were surprised they took an extra £50 deposit. This would be returned after inspection of the room and could take up to 14 days. Also we were charged an extra £3.25 for breakfast as we had not pre booked.We were also put on the 3rd floor ( 4 flights of stairs and no lift) and as we are 76 years old to carry cases etc was a strain. I asked about rooms on the ground floor and was told they only had 2 double rooms, This seemed ridiculous in a hotel this size.
