The accessible room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend using a mobility scooter and using the shuttle was so convenient. We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast. We always stay at the Element when attending concerts at Prudential and will continue to do so because it's a wonderful hotel!

We were greeted with complimentary drinks upon our arrival. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with a good kitchen. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary. Close to the path station and to other cafes and restaurants. We’d stay here again!

Our grandson had a tournament close by so we choose Element because of location. Very Happy with the hotel. Surprised to see we had a view of New York City, it was beautiful ! The woman at the front desk were incredible with information of the area and so sweet.
