The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the heating for the room was set to 65 degrees in December. My room was an icebox and changing the thermostat temperature didn't work.

Area does not feel safe. There's one microwave for the entire building. There is no tea or coffee. Anyone can wander in off the street and go to the rooms. They ask you $100 cash to check in early (seems like a bribe?). Parking is first come first served, and you'll probably get blocked in because there are about twice as many cars as there are spaces. One car had been broken into. The parking ramp is so steep it damaged my car. There's no phone number to reach them. The room was dirty. The heat didn't work and there was only one very thin blanket on the bed - very cold overnight. No hangars. Sink and shower leaked (flooded the bathroom floor completely). Shower water wasn't very hot. Not enough towels provided. The bulletproof glass around the check-in desk is so thick you can't hear anything they are saying. Fire alarm going off multiple times at night.

The hotel is supposed to be newly. A newly hotel, the inside is disgusting. The rooms were not worth the money that they are asking. It's a box, it's dirty microwave in the front. Lobby, very small microwave for everyone in the building to use when you walk in the front desk. Person is shield in for protection. The place is asleep in for sexual activities. I checked out on the same day. I checked in minutes after looking at the room that was presented to me for my 4 day stay. They keep saying newly, but it's nothing new about This hotel , I try to get a refund because I booked it with a expedia agent I was not able to receive a return of my payment.\nI am so disappointed because I thought that I was Protected with a speedy that I would not be put in such a situation as this hotel

Wouldn’t recommend, due to the following reasons. 1. The non smoking room I booked smelled like smoke 2. The bed didn’t have an actual comforter. It was just a large blanket 3. We asked for new towels and wash clothes in the morning and when we returned the night we only had the towels 4. The heat never really got to the desired temperature so it was a little cold at night 5. You can’t buy a bottle of water or anything so make sure you bring your own things to drink 6. The room did not have an iron or an ironing board so I was very happy I brought my own 7. There is parking in the back but it is VERY limited. There is street parking but it may take you some time to find parking The bathroom was the best thing of the room

Hotel was advetised as having paking, their very tiny lot was full. No parking available on the street, had to go down the block to a paid parking garage. Room was ok but, no outlets near the bed to charge phone, no light switch near the bed to turn off lights and no remote for the TV. Not coming back here.

The room was not clean and the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The place felt dirty and below expectations. I hope the management improves cleanliness and maintenance for future guests. I would not recommend renting this place to anyone.

Every hotel I have ever stayed at has coffee available. The hotel did not offer coffee in the room nor in the lobby. In addition the hotel only had one small communal microwave also found in the lobby. Every night that we were there we could smell mariijuana being smoked in the stairwell and the hallway. My brother starting on another floor had it even worse when the NYPD had to be called. I was visiting my niece that lived nearby so she picked the hotel and being a brand new hotel I didn’t think twice about the choice but I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it.

Room at 1st was ok, the night went terribly, a lady kept yelling, throwing stuff inside the room and doors. I called to get the room changed and what i got was a room half of the size we had. I was told there was no other room like mine to go to. Cleaners were working at all times, it was 4:30am the room attendants were cleaning at that time, making a lot of noise.
