We were not informed prior to our stay that both the gym and pool are closed due to renovation. Everyday there was a group of workers on our floor working on the elevator. We requested to extend our stay bu one night, front desk said yes, then we had to do it again the next day. Location is wonderful and loved the bar with live piano music

The lobby area and bar were nice, but the rest… This should be a 3-star hotel. My room was old and smelled like mold. The light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Front desk wasn’t friendly.

The lady at the front desk was very inviting and friendly. We checked in on Christmas Eve and the building was nicely decorated and stood out with Christmas decorations. There were just a few downsides to staying with Omni… there were some construction going on within the building (maybe some nice improvements coming soon), the courtyard room was very small (but nice/cozy) and one of the elevators was out of service. But all-in-all the stay was nice and conveniently located within walking distance to lots of shops and attractions.

The room was not ready at check in. The outside appearance of the hotel was nice but the room was extremely small, had about a half a sink, the carpet was dirty, and that halls leading to the room was creepy. Dirty hallway floors some doors of the rooms were broken. Front desk staff were very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Will never go back it did not live up to the Omni brand.
