Love the hot tub and the pool as well as courtyard for morning coffee. Parking was $25 on site but one can easily find street parking not too far away. Breakfast ($15) options are lovely; especially love the fresh squeezed orange juice.

The location was good and the beds clean, but the faucet on the sink was broken (missing the cold water handle and would not completely shut off). We did not report it since it was Mardi Gras and likely no other rooms available to switch to and after the awful experience I had at check-in, I was not confident the manager would care or do anything to remedy the situation. The bathroom was also open to the room except for the toilet & shower, and there was no door or curtain for the shower such that water got all over the floor when taking a shower. Most of the staff was friendly, but the manager on duty was rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival for a very important weekend, and after a stressful journey, we were glad to finally arrive. However, upon arrival, I was not greeted with friendly or warm welcome, but "we're closed" when I approached the front desk. This was not a funny joke in the moment. I told her I did not appreciate the joke and rather than apologize, she was rude and refused to speak to me. She also sat there and did absolutely nothing to help her employees, despite complete chaos and confusion regarding parking. Then went out of her way to find a spot for another customer but nothing to help me. She gave a TERRIBLE first impression of your hotel.

Loved the location of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast left a little to be desired so next time we will likely eat elsewhere. Overall a good stay!

Rook was ok but the property is really nice. Has pool and hot tub. However there is not enough parking on property so hat to park in their gated area across the street. They also gave us extra towels and wash clothes when needed. They also have a security on property at all times and they stay at the gate. To me that’s a plus.

Everything was outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location that was close to many restaurants and puts you within walking distance, if you can handle walking 15-30 mins, to everything (Bourbon/FQ/bars). Easy Uber ride, if not. Would stay again.
