The AC did not keep the room cool it was set to 73 when I checked in I lowered it to 68 but the room never really got cool.

Room wasn't clean, no towels for 4 days, bathtub was disgusting and did not drain. Breakfast gave me food poisoning, which is crazy because there really was not much of anything even offered. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else or just stay at a motel. Either will be nicer.

Our sink kept clogging, toilet would fill all the way to the top before it fully flushed, the tub had a leak in it and the room was very dirty. When I let them know I was told they were out of rooms. Then I asked for towels and the hotel ran out of towel. I’ve stayed at many la quintas and I’ve have a better experience but this was by far the worst.

The room was not clean. The bathtub is a safety hazard, in the middle of it there was a sunken spot and it shook when moving inside the shower. The room smelled like smoke/cigars and there were no towels in the bathroom. It’s very close to the airport which is why I got it, however, I would not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I JUST CHECKED OUT ON THURSDAY THE 19TH. 1 TOWEL,1 BATH CLOTH,1 HAND TOWEL TO EACH ROOM. NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT UNTIL NEXT DAY AND U BETTER RUNN AND BEG FOR THEM BECAUSE TOWELS TO THEM ARE LIKE GOLD. I WAS IN ROOM 322. AFTER A FEW HOURS WE NOTICED COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. CRAWLING IN THE TUB, SINK. BATHROOM FLOOR. IF YOU LEFT ANYTHING OUT ROACHES WOULD GET ON/IN IT. THEY WERE ON THE DRESSER AND SIDE OF BED AND CLIMBING ON THE CURTAINS. WHEN I RAISED THIS DISGUSTING PROBLEM TO THE 2 SHORT SPANISH WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK THEY SPOKE SPANISH TO THEMSELVES AND SAID "OK". THEN 1 SAID "WE ARE FULLY BOOKED. WE DONT HAVE MORE ROOMS" AND THAT THE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT US IN THE MORNING. NEXT DAY CAME AND WENT. NOTHING DONE. THAT NIGHT WE WENT DOWN AND ADVISED THE SAME TO THE TALL BLACK MAN WHO SAID "HE WAS JUST THE NIGHT AUDITOR AND WASNT AWARE OF OUR ISSUES BUT HE WOULD HAVE MANAGEMENT REACH OUT TO ME. AGAIN..NEXT DAY CAME AND WENT. ROACHES ARE STILL EVERYWHERE AND NO SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. THIS HOTEL IS SLICK. PREPAID BOOKINGS AND ITS NON-REFUNDABLE. SO THEY KNOW ONCE THEY CHARGE YOU THAT YOU ARE STUCK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A HOMELESS PERSON..WE TRAVELED TO NEW ORLEANS FOR MARDI GRAS BUT THIS HOTEL RUINED THE VIBE FOR US. IT WAS GROSS AND OBVIOUS THAT HOTEL STAFF ARE USE TO THESE COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM. EXPEDIA SAYS HOTEL TOLD THEM.I NEVER RAISED A PROBLEM.EMPLOYEES LIE.DO NOT BOOK

Only one of the two elevators was in operation. The one in operation broke down during our stay. Thet have a $500.00 fee for smoking yet the room attendant smoked in the rooms while servicing them. They ran out of cups and food for breakfast and claimed to be waiting for the dollar store to open in order to purchase coffee cups. No heat in the lobby, hallways or breakfast room (0 degree weather). Business office printers did not work. Check in requests (two rooms next to each other) were ignored.

Out of two elevators, one was working making going in and out a time consuming. One clean towel for a 3 day stay, not made service for the stay. Filty elevator, hall way, stairs, parking lot. I was charged 12 dollars per day for parking. Found bugs in restroom. Inaccurate pictures.

Room had no towels, floor was dirty as well as the hallway floors. Didn’t have any vending machines only had a community water jug. I went to take a shower and the tub was nasty and needed to be done over as well as it feeling like your standing on a trampoline while trying to take a shower. This is my 3rd time frequenting this place and it’s getting worse every time.

Aside from being run-down and dysfunctional, this hotel was not prepared to handle the influx of guests during Mardi Gras season. Would not recommend to anybody, even if traveling on a budget. Immediately, an odor was present in the lobby upon checking in. After coughing up a whopping $12/day for unprotected parking and walking past the (closed) swimming pool, you and your luggage can spend ten minutes waiting for the only functional elevator to open its doors. The hallways are dark, damp, and smelly - just like the rooms. Immediately on entering the room, an old, red stain was front and center in the middle of the carpet. An electrical outlet was falling out of the wall directly next to the beds. The smoke detector was gone, and a ball of wires protruded from the wall instead. In the bathroom, one single bath and hand towel lay on the rack for a room that sleeps four. The bathtub was filled with water from a dripping faucet that had been forgotten about. Dirt stains and cracks lined the bottom of the tub. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of standard housekeeping materials. The hotel ran out of towels, blankets, and pillows early on due to high capacity. No reasonable alternatives were offered to any guests for the inconveniences.

only reason I give it to stars is cut the staff was nice other than that room was terrible only two power outlets and they're not right next to the bed so bring a Long charger my AC did not work shower body wash was empty halfway clean and did I mention my AC did not work

The hotel cleanliness was below average. There were ants in the bathroom. The air conditioning system was very loud. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was just average. Although the room was for three people, there was only one small shampoo and very limited tissues, more suitable for a single room. The mattress was average. Overall, it was below my expectations.
