My room was clean, however the iron didn’t work. I called down to get another iron and was told they will send one up. I still to this day never received the iron. The water pressure was ridiculous and it made a loud thumping sound every time someone showered. If it wasn’t for Louis in valet and the bar staff I would have given my overall stay a 1.
