Arrived in the late am and were allowed to check in 5hrs early. Loved the bldg, courtyatd area and our 3rd floor room. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect location. Way better than staying on Bourbon street, which we did our first visit to N.O. So many places within walking distance, Jackson square, Horse Carriage rides, ghost walking tours, graveyard bus tours etc. Could not have been happier w the French market inn. We will 100% stay there again.

OMG! Cute hotel. The bellman greeted us before we even got off the taxi, ready to help. The front Desk was spectacular. We arrived early and the room was ready. The room was big and spacious, clean and nice. I will definitely recommend and come back. The Hotel is walking distance to everything!

The WiFi did not work. I was on the 4th floor and couldn’t get a signal. Great view of the Mississippi and close to cafe du mond.

I will stay here every time I go to New Orleans. Everything in the French Quarter within walking distance but it is extremely quiet at night.

Very central and convenient for walking the French quarter. It is also a historic building. Not the quietest area though, but this is the case of almost all French Quarter.

I booked a 1 night stay at this hotel. I was driving in from out of town. No where in the booking did it say I would be charged $48 for parking my car across the street in the lot while also paying to stay at this hotel!

My friend and I stayed at the French market in for three nights. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us with figuring out the public transportation system and the hospitality! They also are very accommodating. Our flight came in super early, way before check-in time and they were able to get us into a room. The hotel is in a very convenient part of New Orleans. You have access to so much shopping and restaurants. Our only critique was the layout of the bathroom/shower. But other than that, it was an amazing experience. We plan on going back to New Orleans and booking with this hotel again.
