The hotel was good for the price. They are currently renovating as my room is obvious of some of those upgrades, but still needs minor improvements such as flooring and furniture upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. The breakfast was also good. They had a variety to choose from each morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel if visiting New Orleans or surrounding areas. 👍

I have mixed feelings. From the outside and the lobby area, it is clean and nice, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options. They have coffee all day, but at night it is just warm, not hot. The room is good, but no closets. The mini fridge was making noise; the restrooms are bad and not clean, and the floor is not clean. I think they are trying to revamp the hotel while it is working, but I think it needs was more work

Literally, the entire staff was amazing. Today was my birthday and my check-in and checkout was so smooth. My room was clean. I felt safe. The breakfast was hot and great. I wish I would have just booked another night at this location. I will definitely return when I visit New Orleans again.
