"Clean, modern hotel in a good location for seeing the sights of Rome, either on foot or in taxis.the rooms are a good size, and whilst the condition is not perfect, it’s certainly not bad. Unfortunately the hotel left us waiting at the airport after we had confirmed a transfer, they don’t reply to emailed messages and the price of the return transfer increased from what was agreed in writing. Because of these issues, I have reduced the rating to 3, in what was otherwise a good hotel that could do so much better with some small improvements."
