Wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast. I brought my cousin only to realize that the shower was a glass door and you could see the person showering from the bed! lol maybe better for couples
The only negative I have to say is the location. You only have to walk a few blocks and you end up in a not so nice neighborhood.
While everything that this hotel offered was amazing, the best par was that they offered a smartphone with data on it for free as a walk around device with maps, etc. This helped me out a lot so I could save the data on my personal phone. Service was amazing, room was quite impressive. May be just tone down on the air freshener a little bit.

I was only here for one night as we’ve been bouncing around Italy for the week and stayed here for our last night. Check in - went smoothly. The check in area is a bit small and the hotel in general seems a bit compact but clean and inviting. Room - was pleasantly surprised to know our room was slightly upgraded. We were in a room that had a little balcony area. Room was clean and good lighting. Downside is the bathroom which is awkwardly situated with the biget opposite the toilet but right in front of the shower this left very little space to get out of the shower. Also there were no toiletries such as lotion, shower cap, etc in the room. Breakfast - limited selection but ok to grab something quick before you head out for the day. I think while this is a decent hotel I would chose another one on my next visit.
The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the central Rome train station (Roma Termini). The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants but is a bit further from many tourist sites. They have a free breakfast. Each hotel room also has a cell phone that is free to use and can be taken outside of the hotel. You can use the phone to call/text internationally. I didn't use the phone but it seems like it could be a big help.
Was wonderful , however it would have been nice to have an actual bed. We had two twin beds and roll out couch I do appreciate the fact they accommodated a room for 4
