The motel manager is an exceedingly kind and good man. But the ancient truth remains: You get what you pay for; and indeed the Deluxe Inn is inaccurately named. Bare bones. Adequate bed, but dismal shower and slow-evacuating toilet. Over-priced, too.

Its not fancy but its got everything you need. The service was super friendly, down to the maid who stepped out of a room to wish us a good day on our way out of the lobby in the morning. Beds were nice and firm. Extra pillows and blankets on top of the clithes rack. Toilet are a bit small, esp if you're tall, but all clean and practical. Would stay again.

The owner was very friendly and represented his property and the surrounding community well. My room did have a strong pet odor that should be taken care of for the next guests.
