This was a great hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff great, they have nicer towel, comfortable beds, soft chairs. Easy access from door to the room. Love my stay!

They did not have many staff available when we arrived but the one gal was very helpful. They have a strict no pet policy so we had made other arrangements for our small crated dog, thankfully. Luckily we’d called ahead!!!

This Best Western had the coldest hot tub of any hotel we have stayed in, we felt the temperature was 95 degrees or less, when addressed to staff, unconcerned response given. Unfriendliness of orientating staff member noticed. Windshield and hood of our vehicle covered with bird droppings when we checked out, parked in lot front of hotel, unsanitary, disgusting. Cost us a car wash.
Staff was very friendly. Pool chilly but nice. Wonderful hot tub. Breakfast simple-would've liked more hot food choices.

Our desk clerks were very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Our bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. We would recommend this motel as a good place to stay at a fair price.
I thought the price was a little high for what little there is to do in Nebraska City, especially this time of the year. The rooms are clean and the staff was nice.
