The home was so beautiful with amazing views and incredible amenities. The host was so friendly and helpful with suggestions and so detailed with local recommendations. We booked Cheryl’s taxi and they were so wonderful getting us to and from the airport. We did end up renting a van for the week which we strongly recommend to see more of the island. Romona was so wonderful meeting us at the house and giving us the full tour of the house and helping us get settled. The beach access was so beautiful just steps outside the gate. We booked a private chef for dinner off the owners recommendations and loved that experience. We booked flying cloud for a day on the water which was so much fun. I will book this house anytime I can when back in the Bahamas!! Thank you Mike and Lisa!

Our family of ten (3 generations) had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful home. The backyard pool and view are really spectacular. The house was also beautifully decorated with great indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The kitchen was excellent with amazing appliances, including 2 fridges with ice makers. The property was very clean and well maintained. Our family left with treasured memories from this fun vacation.Thank you Mike, Lisa, Romona & Chef Everton for your great hospitality !

The Rum Club Villa

This is an outstanding property. The living areas downstairs were spotless and the upstairs bedrooms were clean and comfortable.The patio and the pool area were well maintained. A sea wall across from the property was used several times.Communications with the Host were excellent.Housekeeping services were provided during our stay.A chef prepared several dinners and breakfasts which were delicious.Overall, our stay was enjoyable. And we would to The Rum Club Villa again !

Paradise

This property is amazing. The house is spacious and super comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Stunning views of the ocean. We utilized the private chef option for dinner twice while we were there. The food prepared by chef Everton was sublime to say the least. The property host went over and above to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back! Having a private pool was the icing on the cake!

Perfect Beachfront Home for Family of 9

We had a fantastic stay at the Rum Club Beachfront Home! The house was absolutely beautiful — spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need for our family of 9, including an infant.The layout was perfect for a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The home was very clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. We also felt extremely safe during our visit, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-appointed beachfront home for a family getaway.

gorgeous SPATIOUS house

First, communication with Mike (the owner) was amazing. He was so helpful in everything. We were considering a couple different properties across the Caribbean and Mexico, and am so glad we chose this one. AMAZING price for the amenities and house. Flying into the Bahamas was a breeze. Customs was easy. We rented a car from Budget (note that the vehicles on the island are not as luxurious as one might get in the states) but it was not a big deal at all. Got a spatious "mini-van" type of vehicle. Easily fit two adults and three kids and five full size suitcases in the back. We had two families of five, so each family rented this type of van. Trip from airport to house was about 30 min. Easy drive. Got to house and met Romona there, the housekeeper. She was a delight, showed us around, and gave us her number. She texted us a few times to make sure all was okay thru the stay. One day, we did request a few extra blankets, and she promptly stopped over the house with them. So easy!The house is HUGE, especially the master suite. Note that if staying with two families, need to decide which one gets it, as it is that amazing. Almost too big! Three other upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. The highlight of the trip was hiring Chef Everton to make b'fast, lunch, and dinner for our group of ten. Very affordable and really made the vacation PERFECT. We drove to some other beaches (the one across from house is small) and felt 100% safe on the island.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Communication

This house is immaculately beautiful from many perspectives. Our group of 8 adults had every amenity we could need while staying at The Rum Club Villa. Mike and Ramona were open, transparent, and very communicative. We were here over Thanksgiving and used Chef Everton Smith to cook and deliver our Thanksgiving meal. Let me say IT WAS AWESOME! Family of 8

Our group of 8 (ages 16-77) very much enjoyed our stay at the Rum Club Villa. We were deciding between a resort and a house- after visiting both Atlantis and Margaritaville we were so happy we chose a house. The Rum Club was beautiful and the host was fantastic and very responsive in addressing our questions. The sea wall area across the road was a great little spot to float and snorkel. If you are not renting a car, our advice would be to plan ahead for groceries/meals and outings. There are no plazas or restaurants to walk to and the road between the sea wall and the house is busy so it doesn’t make for a safe walking area. If you are used to Lyft, Uber, etc. it does not exist on the island. You will need to schedule taxis or other transport each time you want to go somewhere. We chose to use Cheryl’s and were very impressed. Also, we took advantage of Chef Keshlah’s meal drop off service for dinners- highly recommended.

Relaxing Getaway!

A beautiful home with an amazing view! The house was supplied with everything for fixing meals. We had fun days at the beach and relaxing evenings by the pool. The whole family wants to come again next year!

Rum club had the perfect layout for our two families that came for the week - lots of space to hang, tons of games to place, beautiful views - would definitely recommend! Mike and Ramona were great, look forward to going back to stay!

Family Trip Bahamas

First of what will hopefully become an annual family event. Went with my wife, 80-year-old parents, my three kids aged 18-26 plus their spouses and my 11-month-old grandson. Owner Mike was great to deal with, very helpful and responsive. Property manager Ramona was also very helpful and responsive to anything we asked for or needed. Property is as advertised and well kept. Overall, very good experience.

Fabulous Villa

I stayed at this beautiful villa in Nassau with family members for about 3 weeks in august. We had never been to the Bahamas so we really wanted a longer stay and this home was the perfect fit for my family! It was impeccable and spacious and everything needed was available, especially in the well appointed kitchen. All Furnishings were lovely and the beds very comfortable. The sea pool turned out to be the perfect spot for a 7, 10, and 13 year old as well for as the adults! We absolutely loved our visit and will definitely return to this spectacular home. Mike (owner) and Ramona (housekeeper) made sure we had everything we needed! If you book this home, you will not be disappointed!! The pictures are great but the real thing is even better! Enjoy the Rum Club Villa and all it has to offer!

Summer family vacation

We spent a week at The Rum Club with our children and extended family. The estate was perfect for the 9 of us. We truly enjoyed lazing around at the swimming pool and the sea pool and cooking dinners in the gourmet kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting Paradise Island, the casino, the marina and restaurants. We were also close to downtown where we visited the Pirate Museum, the Straw Market, Baha Bay Waterpark and more. Michael was a very helpful host and Ramona who came daily to tidy up the house was amazing! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful backdrop for our family vacation. We highly recommend The Rum Club!

Heaven!

This property lives up to the photos and then some. Everything about it, from the layout to the grounds to the outdoor shower and tile in the laundry room is immaculate. The owners are incredibly accommodating hospitable, as are the staff that come to the property daily. I know someone commented that the beach in front is not private--that is a plus in my view as the locals were also so warm and welcoming. The beach area is really wonderfully unique--the sea pool is protected and great if you have kids you want to contain, and outside the foundation there is a great snorkeling just outside your back door. It's also very calm as the bay is protected on the north side by Rose Island. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet but easy access to anywhere you want. Thank you Mike and Lisa!

Quiet, beautiful and just perfect!!!

To say this place was perfect is an understatement. It was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed. Bahamas itself was an incredible island but staying at the Rum Club made it even better. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view was beautiful! The rooms were INCREDIBLE! But Ramona really made the stay wonderful, she added her special touch to the home every day and brought her beautiful smile and warm heart every morning and I just loved seeing her everyday. She’s a good soul. My husband, all the kids and my grand daughter all loved the pool, the salt water area and every part of the home. Thank you to everyone who takes care of this home and makes it available! We would love to come back!
