We truly enjoyed our week in Nashville and the location made it easy to get anywhere. Our first night arriving we were greeted with a thoughtful handwritten card wishing us a fun stay along with local treats. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious and clean. It had anything we needed- iron, tea kettle and a cute coffee bar. The only drawback is the area is evolving and will be a nice area but at this time it’s still in transition. I will say it was pretty quiet the week we stayed.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host—especially for our first trip to Nashville. From the start, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. They shared fantastic local recommendations that helped us experience the city like locals, from must-see spots to great places to eat and explore. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for getting around. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone visiting Nashville, especially first-timers!

We had a great stay. Hallson staff were very attentive snd responsive to every wuestion and need. A couple of comments just to let you know… the oven floor and shelves weee very dirty. Snd we ran out of dishwasher pods. Luckily cleaning crew was next door snd gave us some more. I only mention these things so that others don’t critisize an otherwise great stay.

Pro: house was newer and spacious. We loved the screened in backporch The place was clean. Cons: the bedrooms lacked any dresser drawers space, and even lacked luggage racks to put suitcases upon. We had to work out of suitcases on the floor. This was difficult when staying a full week. One bedroom had no closet use at all. (It was locked by owner).

We came into town for my daughter’s 21st birthday. This property was everything we needed and more for our group. The location was amazing. We even walked downtown one night! And the drives were quick, no matter where we were going. The house was amazing. We loved the yard and porch. We spent a lot of time hanging out there between activities. We loved that it was pet friendly so our puppers could join us. And the yard was perfect for her. We decided that the next time we head to Nashville, this will be the first place we check to stay! And the hosts were amazing to work with. They were so pleasant answering my questions. I highly recommend this property!!

Needed a place to stay while in town for the AC/DC concert. My hubby was able to work remotely in a quiet office off the upstairs on-suite. We were a quick uber away from music row, and the concert. We enjoyed mornings on the screen porch and used the putting green. And best of all, our host allowed us to add a night when the concert was postponed due to weather

We were 3 older sales guys at a trade show at the Center. It was great! After being on your feet all day we ordered our dinner in and watched a movie.Great value instead of 3 hotel rooms and we coul shoot the all night!The house is immaculate!

Wonderful Home and great location. very smooth check in and all the amenities were wonderful. only issue was the outside table was very dirty so you might ask the cleaning people to make sure it is wiped off before the next guests arrive. Thanks for your hospitality

Fantastic Location & Beautiful Home!

The photos 100% reflected the actual home. If you plan to cook, there is a well-equipped kitchen, ample towels, was very clean, and we loved the warm country vibes as soon as we walked through the door! We were happy that we felt "at home" despite traveling for the Christmas/New Year holiday! Another reviewer mentioned the neighborhood; Yes, this is a transitional area and is not going to feel like suburbia. If you know Williamsburg and Long Island City in NYC, that is the vibe: urban, industrial with a mix of renovated properties and those that are aging. There are distilleries and foundries, gas lanterns, and old brick buildings; the area shows the grit of its history but in a good way. I do want to stress that at no point did we question our safety or that of our vehicle. The hosts were highly responsive throughout and even accommodated an adjustment to our dates at the last minute. Check-in was a breeze and nicely detailed. We would undoubtedly stay here again with or without a larger group of people next time. We could not recommend this property more!

Weekend family reunion

Overall the property was excellent. Perfect for 3 couples. All three main bedrooms had on-suites. Additionally, the kitchen was well appointed, and the gathering areas are comfortable. The back porch and the adjacent putting green are excellent spaces to hang out. Negative is neither upstairs bedrooms have a closet or luggage rack. My bothers and spouses found that keeping their luggage on the floor to be inconvenient. The immediate block is fully gentrified…. But the overall neighborhood is a bit of a work in process. Given it was a little over a mile to Broadway, we needed to drive when heading to the entertainment district.
