Terrible! Everything was dirty! The front staff was friendly and responsive. I asked to be moved to a different room because the one they gave us smelled terrible which they did but didn’t make a big difference.

The doors face out to the parking lot, so if your a contractor....this place is for you. Hot shower, next to a Shell gas station that has a coffee island and hot food, Dunkin close, and the beds are soft. So for the working man, I'll stay here again.

Good value - clean - convenient location.

Our stay was fine. Would’ve liked more TV Chanel options. Did not like discussing politics at check in. As a Canadian your service agent (although friendly & efficient) should know that Canadians don’t think making Canada a 52st state is something that should be joked about. Convenient quiet location. I didn't get to stay because Dee wasn't able to check in and they would not let me Mary Martin check in because my name was only on the card that paid for the room. I waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a manager before they hung up on me and then I tried calling back 3 times with know answer. I can show you where the hotel refunded me $1 that they had charged my card because they didn't give me a room.
