Ridiculous charges for check in and staying at a 2 star hotel at best. False advertising of suite accommodation. Instead, it is same as cheap discount hotel, Never, never will stay at this chain again.
They charged a $17 "resort" fee on top of the Orbitz price. This is not a resort, and so far as I can tell they offer no resort or spa services included in this fee. This is just a deceptive way to gain extra money without offering extra services.
The room needed more drawer space, otherwise loved it.
When we checked in we were told they just got back power after being out the entire previous day. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to use the stairs to the third floor, which my 85 year old grandma was not very happy about. We only had cold water in the shower, but we tried to be understanding due to the power outage. However, the next morning the water was still cold. We would have expected the hot water to have returned by the morning. I booked the room for 5, but there were only 3 towels in the room. When I checked out in the morning and let them know there still wasn’t hot water all I got was a sorry and she’d let someone know. While I know the power outage was not this hotel’s fault, our stay was not a pleasant one.
