The property and the room were very nice, much nicer than I expected. I didn't eat breakfast, even though it was included, because it was mainly carbs and fruit. It would have been nice if there was some protein like eggs and bacon or sausage. In all, it was a great value for the price. I would stay there again.

Staff on the whole where super friendly and helpful going above and beond to help really made our stay in particular big shout out to the young chap who made me a remidy for my sore throat and our lovely night staff lads and the manager always thoughtful and kind putting out more coffee for me warm regards see you again

Room and beds are small. The room was not properly cleaned. Female sanitary pad wrapper stuck on bathroom door, that was really dusty.

Old building, very old carpet, this is not a kids friendly hotel. I don't know why hotels.com is having 8 rating. This is not a family friendly place. Very limited options in the breakfast though. Enjoy the road noise if you get a room towards the road. The front desk person was very nice and respectful.

Hotel was not in the best area. The carpets were very dirty and sticky. Bathroom door wouldn't close.. however, The bed was comfortable Not sure how they received such high stars.

Great location to stay for easy parking and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Broadway St or Grand Ole Opry. Nice room, staff and a two thumbs up to our cleaning staff👍
