This hotel was excellently located, near enough to Broadway, Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum etc, but good for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is well decorated and bright. The rooms were basic but comfortable, although there was some rubbish in areas of the room indicating that it hadn't been properly cleaned. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again.

This was our 1st trip to Nashville. The staff were always very friendly & helpful. They had some great suggestions for last minute dining . The hotel was easy access to many places and convenient for driving-we didn’t have to deal with downtown traffic.

Was a little nervous when were getting close to reaching the hotel...the area seemed a little sketchy. The hotel in itself was very nice. The staff we that we encountered were polite and helpful. We liked that we were in walking distance of many attractions. The only thing we think needs to be addressed is the room wasn't vacuumed when it was time for it to be cleaned. Also a suggestion, it would be nice to have a table with a couple of chairs in the room to be able to eat in the room. There is plenty room to accommodate that. Overll we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice Get away!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The hotel has a great breakfast and bar. Very clean & the decor was topic notch. It’s a 20 minute walk to Broadway so we used Lyft, but other than that we definitely will recommend this hotel to family & friends.

The location was walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. The breakfast was nice. I called for towels one evening about 9pm and they said someone would be right up. They never came. Next morning I called at 7am they said someone would be right there. No one showed up at 8:30 I called again they said towels will be right up they just got here. Then why not just tell me that I can't get towels until after 8am. I saw a housekeeper in the elevator on my way up for breakfast I told her about the towels she just stares at me then says she doesn't speak English. If you're the housekeeper, you should know what towels are. The closet wall had holes in it. TV didn't work. The kitchenette is not fully equipped there was only 1 coffee mug. A little disappointing for a Hyatt
