Our room was great. Lots of space to unwind after a flight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. One nice feature is the availability of drinks and snacks in the lobby that you can pay for at a kiosk. I recommend this hotel and would stay again on our next trip. There are many dining options nearby and close to a lively nightlife.

As soon as we checked in Anna greeted us and was so accommodating and hospitable. As we came in and left the hotel everyone always greeted us. It was a nice clean hotel.

When we checked in we had to wait 10 minutes as the desk person had left. Parking is a ridiculous $45 a night and the app only lets you pay for 3 nights at a time even if you are staying for 6 nights. I had to go online 3 times to pay.

Bad experience for 1st trip in Nashville

Room door was hard to open and staff did nothing to try and fix it. It depended on who was helping you at the front desk on whether you got good customer service or not. Eliana had zero customer service skills however LaKendrick was very friendly. The bartender Amanda was the highlight of the stay. She was funny and extremely entertaining. Managers didn’t help much either. I asked for service to the door and for extra towels and received neither. Overall I will NEVER stay here again nor recommended this hotel.

Nice size room and decent bathroom. Parking was expensive, but convenient. About a mile walk to the hub of Broadway and less than $10 Uber ride at 6pm. The walk felt safe at 10pm. A good option if you don’t want to pay the crazy prices near the popular Broadway bars.
