Time for the wreaking ball!

This place is well past its prime. Time to call the wreaking ball and build something that Nashville can be proud of……. This is a concrete block structure with very poor room layout and very low ceilings.

Stayed two nights at this property with my family for a funeral. Everything was as expected. The rooms were great. The bed was great. The food was good in the morning. The only thing that wasn’t great. Was the bathroom smelt like cigarettes, and it was a non-smoking room. Other than that. It was great. We stayed in room 817. No issues

On check-in the property access was blocked by a customer who couldn't figure out the gate, when we got inside and told them we could not access the property were told "All they needed to do was take a ticket and the gate would have opened, people are special." When asking about the disability requirement for our party, we informed the employee that we didn't need an accessable room, but we did need a room that was closer to the elevator for distance. We were told, "Well, you must written to Expedia and not us because we ain't got none of that here." Despite writing in the requests to hotels section of the booking. The front of house is the face of the hotel, and they were extremely rude..

This was a powerful hotel. At checkin everyone was very welcoming. The place was really pretty. They had evening reception in which you could get drinks, alcohol, and snacks for free from 5:30 until 7:30. They had a very nice pool. Our room was nice and just like the pictures. I will say though parking is $20.00 not $14.00 it was no big deal to us as anywhere you go you have to pay for parking. We didn’t get to eat the breakfast because we had to leave before it was served but it looked like it was going to be good!

The water was so cold in the shower! They also charge $21.50 a day to park on the property, even tho their website says $14 a day. They charge the parking to thw credit card that they require for incidentals.
