We had stayed here numerous times and I give an A+ for our stay. Jeri front desk staff was amazing along with Tamera the manager. Very clean hotel and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

Room - rundown, felt dirty, bathroom was lacking care (part of tub was cracked and a blob of caulk was on it, but not covering all of the crack. The heater would go from feeling like 90 degrees to 50 degrees all throughout the day and night. Woke up multiple times a night having to adjust because we'd be freezing or burning up. Walls were paper thin and we could hear full conversations of those next to us. Breakfast was of poor quality, food soggy and looked under cooked (i believe it was chicken patties) Staff were very friendly.

I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service..

To save some money, I opted to stay here for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and of course that also helped save money from having to eat out every meal. In good weather, you can walk to the Gaylord in about 20 minutes, but you may want a ride if the weather's not so great. If they had provided bottled water, that would have been great, since those are about $6 or more at the Gaylord.

Could not enter the room with key card, maintenance man had to reprogram the lock took 45 minutes before we could get in the room,so we sat in the hallway before he finished . Were not offered another room. Pretty bad service.

The staff was awesome. Very personable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there was no closet nor any space to hang anything in the room. We were only there for one night but if we had planned on staying longer it would have been more problematic.
