Stayed for two nights. Hotel was clean, close to the Gulch which was a cute area. A little further from Broadway than originally anticipated if that’s what you’re looking for, which is a mad house at night. Definitely do not drive anywhere near Broadway at night. A 5 min drive from dinner back to hotel took about an hour due to lack of traffic control and streets shutting down. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and just plan accordingly.

I loved Caption! I stayed 2 nights for a concert. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean( I am a hotel housekeeping manager) The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the decor was really cool! I was very impressed and I will definitely stay there again

We stayed at the Caption by Hyatt in Nashville for 5 nights. The purpose of our trip was to go to two Pearl Jam shows and to visit Nashville obviously. The hotel was a short drive from the airport, 10-15 minutes. We just grabbed an Uber for that. We had the breakfast included package which was great, the food was local cuisine. There always seemed to have plenty of seating, food was good and staff was friendly. Building is very new, and with that some bugs to be worked out. Rooms were nice and new, minor issues. Coffee cups were too small for the room machine, when you filled the water to the fill line they would overflow the cups. Door would slam shut we just had to be cognizant to ease it closed not to disturb our neighbours. The water and ice filling stations were very accessible and a great idea. The hotel was a quick 10 minute walk to the Bridgestone Arena and the downtown area. Overall really enjoyed the hotel, would visit again!

The staff was great. It was clean, but the bar staff seemed under staffed and rushed. We had friends who ordered breakfast and never got it because it took so long that we had to leave. When we got to our room there was a silver piece of metal in the shower. I don’t know if it was part of the drain but we placed it over it.
