The room was clean and quiet. A big kudos to the front desk manager at the time of check in. She was very accommodating and answered all our requests. She was a great example of what an excellent customer service would be.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was about a 5 min walk from Broadway and we felt safe doing that. Breakfast is not included and we did not eat here. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Room was very spacious and clean. Loved decor and view of the city. My only issue was the amount of space given for two people for our clothing and our stay was a Thursday to Sunday. It is an open closet concept but it was very limited with space spilling over the coffee maker area Two small drawers were there but again, only enough for one person. One of us had to live out of a suitcase. Other than that, very convenient to the area and great to have a restaurant and rooftop bar onsite.
