Location was great - close to two beaches; House was clean; Pool was warm in Sept; and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.We went to Clam Pass, on an Airboat tour and saw grandparents who lived close by.

The house was lovely. The pool was comfortable and a definite perk, though my favorite feature was the screened porch areas on both the front and back of the house. The property was spacious, and it was easily accessible. There was access to everything you needed within a 5-10 minute drive. The only thing I would mention is that the listing mentions a hot tub, but there was none at the time of our visit.

Great little spot close to the beach and all that Naples has to offer. Neil was very prompt with communication and the house was perfect for our boys golf trip. Would recommend!

A perfect beach house!

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for our vacation! The house was meticulously clean, well maintained, spacious, nicely decorated, and very cozy! The host, Neil was quick to reply to mesages and accomidating to our needs. The house was supplied with everything we needed, even things for the pool and the beach (chairs, umbrellas, rafts, sand toys,beach towels, ect.) The best part of the day was relaxing in our private pool! I highly recommend this house!

Fantastic home. Very well equipped. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into providing everything you might need. About a mile from the beach. The owner even provided beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Pool was awesome. A few days we had off and on rain so the pool was a better option than the beach. Always nice to have options.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Strand benötigt und auch die Fahrräder sind Top. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir können es nur empfehlen.

Great house close to beach and stores

Recently stayed here for a long girls weekend. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of space. I have stayed in other rentals in this same neighborhood many times and it is so quiet and great for walking or bike riding. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were soft and fluffy, the house was clean, and the pool was fabulous. It even came with some pool inflatables and a pump to inflate them. The beach chairs and umbrella were in good working order and the bikes were some of the best bikes I've seen in a rental in this neighborhood.One thing I noticed was there was no in the kitchen drawer with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or plastic sandwich type bags. I've not been in a rental that didn't have any of these things. They did have salt and pepper and a starter of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap and dishwashing pods. They did not supply any laundry soap, which was fine. Just noting it for others who plan to stay here so they can plan ahead. There was a basic supply of cookware/utensils but if I was staying for a long term, I would consider bringing some extra things or purchasing some reusable containers for leftovers.I would definitely recommend staying here again. Check in/out was very easy and Neil was great to communicate with throughout the whole process.

Clean and very convenient to the beach access

The home was very clean and AC was nice and cool. The house had all necessities for pool and beach days. Also has bikes to check out Naples Park. Very close to all Naples Park Beach Access points. Neighborhood is very safe and was able to take nice walks every morning. Pool was very clean and perfect size to cool off from a hot day at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect!

The house was just as advertised. Two Senior couples played cards on the screened in porch, visited the nearby beach, spent time in and around the pool, and enjoyed the delicious food of nearby restaurants. Two weeks went by quickly and good memories were made.

Wow!

Almost hate to share what an awesome experience we had so we can keep the place to ourselves . The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including towels for the pool.You can’t beat the location, just minutes to the beach. The garage is packed with everything you need to enjoy including sand buckets, bikes and even a beach blanket, sand chairs and umbrellas! After the beach daily, we would come back and swim and grill. Really impressed with this gem, we were so sad our stay came to an end! Hosts were very helpful and kind.

Great house

Had a great time at the Cozy Beach House. Loved the backyard pool complete with beach ball, floats and an air pump. We rode the bikes to the beach and loved the use of the beach equipment. Location is two minutes to groceries and restaurants and five minutes to Mercato.

This beach house is THE perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location, close to the beach. The house is immaculate! It has everything you need, especially for the beach. The pool is gorgeous.
