Dealt with no water and then leaking pipes each day there. Resulted in wet carpet around the bed. Never was offered to switch rooms or some sort of credit. Highly disappointed.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our little quick getaway trip here at the sheraton resort. The place is very relaxing and the rooms are up to date, very modern which was good. I gave them a 4 star rating only because they were small squished bugs left on the wall, a window blind, a little one floating in the toilet soon as we walked in. So, that threw us off but overall the cleanliness wasn’t too bad.

The condo was beautiful. Very modern and contemporary, everything was up to date. The design of the room and the furniture was lovely. We felt so at home and at peace. Will most definitely be back.

I loved the rooms. Very spacious. We rented a 2 bedroom and it was huge. Much bigger then expected. Amenties for the kids were great. They loved the large pool, basketball court and ping pong table. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool

The resort was a great place to stay. My husband declared that we would be staying here again next December. He decided this the second night here. All the amenities were within walking distance from our hotel room. My husband was excited because the hot tub in the master bathroom actually worked. Everything in the suite worked as it should. My mom in law enjoyed the room as well. The beds were very comfortable. The room, itself, was easy to navigate. We did stay in the off season, so things were much quieter. Thank you for all the activities you made available and such awesome customer service!!!
