This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room could use some minor fixes but was satisfactory for our needs. Tub had a drip, light switch was slightly damaged etc. The location and access to the beach was excellent! I think the communication could have been better (more timely responses).
