El lugar es oscuro y feo, cuando caminamos para el lugar del cuarto olia super mal todo, cuando entramos al cuarto el olor era peor, mi niño camino descarso por 1 minutos y ya tenia los pies negros, habia demaciada cucarachas que esta nos camino por encima, el tv no tenia control, eramos 4 y solo habia una toalla y nos dijeron q no habia mas nada. Solo tuvimos 3 horas y nos fuimos porque no soportamos el olor y las cucarrachas y gente afuera del cuarto fumando. SOLO PIDO MI DINERO DE VUELTA. NO LO RECOMIENDO POR FAVOR NADIE SE QUEDE EN ESTE LUGAR.

Overall room was comfortable, quiet, well kept. However, the road to get there was difficult to find and then the secondary road was the most pot holes I have ever been on. There some other oddities.

Horrible property. No way is it suitable any work related trip. It's basically an abandoned hotel that is uninhabitable. This should not be listed on Expedia. We had to book a last minute room in Grand Haven for our employee to sleep, as this place is a "drive by".

There were people smoking pot in the parking lot. The bathroom was dirty. The hallways smelled like pot. The sheets and towels were dirty. I had to buy my own towels at the local store. I will not stay at this place again.

At first I wasn’t to sure about staying there but the ladies made me feel very comfortable. Was a very nice clean place to stay very reasonable and comfortable I would go back if I needed to Was a nice park right across the street for the kids to enjoy definitely recommend to anyone

They gave our room away, even after calling twice and sending a message confirming we would be late. When I got there, the desk clerk was very rude and unapologetic. There was nothing else available, and we ended up sleeping in our car.

I was checking in at 11pm and still waited a solid 8 min after hearing the woman behind the desk tell the man her whole life story. She was nice but needed to go a little faster. My room did not have towels, a working tv, and the trash wasn’t empty.

You can't beat the quality for the price, and it was a relatively safe area. I would not recommend a woman staying here alone, but a family with a man, or a man solo would be safe. The hotel is under new ownership, and they are trying to make it better, which is awesome, but it takes time.

#1 Worst Hotel Ever!

This hotel was the #1 worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely filthy, moldy, loud, and smells horrible of Cannabis for a non smoking room.

The room was clean. That is about all for the stay that was good. I was not told to keep the receipt for my 50 dollar deposit. Nor was I given one. This morning when checking out I was told I needed the receipt to get back my deposit. I explained to the lady that I wasn’t given one. She told me someone would be contacting me about it when a manager was available. I still haven’t gotten a call. I called the hotel about my pillows that were left in the room. The staff said they threw them away. I asked to speak to someone about the issue and again was told to call tomorrow during business hours. So now they have my 50 bucks. 2 king size pillows. Thank god I set my phone up to find my phone. Cuz getting things ready to leave this morning I left my phone on the bed. Went back in the room to get and r bed had already been stripped. I asked the front desk if anyone saw my phone. I was told there was no phone. After it started to play chimes it was found. So my experience at this place was they cheat and lie. Also the microwave didn’t work. Never again.

Unbelievable hotel experience

We stayed there a few years ago with our pet. It was kind of rugged coming into the property, but the room seem clean and we had no issues. this time we stay with our pet. We noticed there was no chair in the room. We only had the bed to sit on. The bed sheets were stained so we had to sleep in our clothes. Other customers were very noisy, slamming doors talking throughout the night and starting a loud vehicle throughout the night. Since it was cold outside I assume maybe they were staying in the car and was continuously turning on the car to keep warm. We Did not sleep well that night at all And was very glad to get out of there that next morning.
