A 3.5 star facility. A little worn, with evidently an under skilled maintenance staff. And really, you charge me $185 for one night and no free breakfast? Even the low end motels give you a bagel and toppings!
It was clean, beautiful, staff was very kind
Overall really nice experience. The location and views of Muskegon Lake were great. Really likes that rooms have slider doors to take in the views and sounds of the marina and lake. Room was pretty outdated but we noticed a sign they are renovating rooms at end of summer. Once that happens the experience would be much improved. I would return.
I loved that this property was right downtown. I took a couple of morning walks which was nice. The room was pleasant and clean. I loved it that you could relax on the balcony while still enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine. The staff was attentive and polite. I just wish there could have been a few more games in the "game room," which wasn't really a room.
The water front view was amazing
The balcony wish I had one I could step on
Everything was great I just wish a continental breakfast was offered
We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a view of the marina and lake which was amazing! Wished we could have stayed longer.
Our stay was great from the start when we checked in, it was nice to see that they will be making upgrades, however our room and hotel was nice. Great to have the restaurant next door.
The welcome from the desk was great. The view of the lake was lovely, the décor was especially attractive. The pool was pleasant and clean with two hot whirlpools. A surprise in Muskegon was the fine art Museum and Lake House restaurant had outstanding food.
Great Staff and property. Friendly and accommodating
Spiders. Spiders. Spiders. Absolutely ridiculous I asked the staff to come up there and clean them off the patio and they did not do it. I even upgraded to get the suit. It would’ve been nice to sleep with the windows open to get that nice breeze from the water coming in couldnt even do it. Stay at this hotel make sure you bring some bug spray and a broom
The indoor pool was closed due to Covid. I don’t know why because it seemed running and clean. I really wasn’t happy about that since my booking didn’t explain that to me. I was blindsided by this. Other than that honestly the hotel is gorgeous and the staff was amazing.
