Great location with access to tram, subway and trains. Walkable to most of the sights, shopping, and good restaurants. Amenities were nice with sauna and steam room - but a warning that it is co-ed. As an American I was a little surprised. The only criticism was the bed wasn’t too comfortable. They are foam and pretty firm. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

They would not reimburse me for the last night of the reservation despite me not being able to stay in Munich for the last night due to airline issues
Very convenient bc its right in front of the main train station however the surrounding area are not very nice. It would be great if the hotel can provide 2 bottles of water daily. Last but not least, breakfast was nice but I stayed for 6 night and breakfast is the same everyday.

Location, location, location. Being close to the central station and also within walking distance to attractions was perfect. I didn't spend much time in the room, it was clean but could improve on their eco-friendliness. Fresh linens every day could be optional to save water and I didn't see any recycling. Otherwise, excellent hotel, very enjoyable stay. *Could use more Vegan options at the restaurant.

Nice, small modern rooms. The location right at the train station is unbeatable! However, some nights it got noisy noisy with drunks around the station and ongoing construction, and I had to keep the window open because it got hot in the room. But that was only one night.

We are sorry that your review is mostly based on the fact that we did not reimburse the night you had to cancel. Fact is that we have been in contact with your travel agent who asked for the reimbursement due to the change of your flight. We agreed and asked to change the booking through the booking system. Unfortunately we did not receive either a reply nor a change. We on our side may not change the booking as it was not made with us directly. So maybe you should contact your travel agent to clear this matter. We hope that you had a pleasant stay with and a good time in Munich nevertheless.
