SO good!

Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful. The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.

This was a great choice for Munich. It is located only 3 minutes from the main train station and 5 minutes from Marienplatz. The hotel itself, while small, was perfect for our stay. It opened about 18 months ago and everything still looks brand new. There is a good breakfast available at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Both staff members that we interacted with were extremely helpful.

Great stay in Munich

Awesome boutique hotel in the heart of Munich. It was a very easy walk to trains and to explore the Old Town area. The hotel is very new and still in great condition, all the team members were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the windows were double/triple glazed and they had electric shutters you could put down for darkness and quietness. The room included a fridge (rare in Europe), air conditioning, heating, and the bathroom was a good size, new and with a heated towel rack. There’s also some cute surprises for you which I’ll allow you to discover if you stay there. I used the laundry mat a few doors down. It was expensive (with conversion) but very easy and quick. The lady there was super helpful too. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Munich

Room was great. There is a little noise from the street and the neighbors, but nothing too crazy. Staff is very nice and with great customer service. Breakfast place was next door. The staff there is not as nice as the hotel staff. Close to the main train station.

Great Place to Explore from

Great spot to both explore the city and attend the Wiesn. Very walkable and near the center train station and others. Receptionist staff were extremely friendly and happy to offer recommendations for the area.

I stayed at this new hotel in September 2024 for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. Located 10 meters away from the entry to the railway station complex (Munchen Hbf) it is a perfect arrival place for the Airport as well, and 10-15 minutes’ walk in a straight line to Stachus, Marienplatz and the Old and New Town Halls. It is true that right across from it there is a large neon sign and the street is quite noisy. However, the large windows are triple-glazed and with fully dark automatic blinds so sleeping is fine. It’s a small hotel, with 4 rooms per floor and a very friendly owner who mans the reception during the day. They will contact you by phone / whatsapp ahead of time to make sure when you arrive or to give you instructions for the pin-key-pickup if you come out of hours. The hotel is safe, nobody comes in without a key card. The rooms are brand new, well thought through, very wide and with fluffy bedding. Fixed phone, large TV, safe, a *free* minibar (a rarity nowadays) and power-shower are all super. Breakfast is taken in the snack place next door as a small buffet with the essentials. This being Munich, do consider the railway-station underground shopping and dining places too, they may be a good deal as well. Overall, I was very happy with the hotel, and will gladly return. It was a homey, comfortable and friendly place, particularly on rainy days.

Great room at a great price

Great spacious room at a very reasonable price. Bed very comfortable. Huge bathroom for Europe; roomy shower! Metal blinds outside the window gave complete black out effect. Windows were amazing - completely blocked ALL noise from the street. Right near the old town region of Munich and subway stations. Super convenient location and terrific staff.

The Hotel was new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The room was small (of course you are in a city in Europe not in America) but very well laid out for comfort and storage. The shower and bathroom was wonderful. The hotel also had an elevator. It was easy walk to Marienplatz and all that old town has to offer. It is located between Karlsplatz with buses and trains and if you want to leave town easy walk to the train station. A very nice coffee shop across the street. I would stay there again.
