The biggest negative was that there was no way to make coffee in the room. I understand no continental breakfast because it is an extended stay with a kitchen, but no coffee maker was unfortunate.

The staff were nice and efficient. There was a full-sized fridge and stovetop range with microwave. The beds were decent; I didn't wake up with any back issues. They are installing new flooring on the second floor and I think the dust and dirt from this is getting into the rooms. My granddaughter walked on the floor for under 10 minutes and ended up with black-bottomed feet. There was also a cup of water in the door of the fridge. Seemed odd, like the cleaners had missed something.

There are no frills at this hotel. It is bare bones. It was clean, but a little sparse for the price. The frame of the bed was one of a fold up bed. That said, it was comfortable enough and clean enough.

WoodSpring Suites Cherry Hill is not a hotel

I rated this property a 1 due to significant discrepancies between expectations and actual accommodations, particularly regarding accessibility. To clarify: I specifically chose this location for what was advertised as handicap-accessible features, most notably walk-in showers. However, these are only available in limited King-size (single bed) rooms, which was not clearly communicated. The extent of accessibility is minimal: a few handicap parking spaces and rooms that can technically accommodate a wheelchair. However, the beds are not accessible, and the toilet is extremely low to the ground, posing further challenges. As an extended stay facility, guests are required to take out their own trash and handle towel and washcloth exchanges, which is not aligned with standard hotel service expectations. In our two-bed room, there were insufficient kitchen supplies—only one pot, mismatched dishes, and a limited selection of silverware. Additionally, the stove was non-functional upon arrival. No maintenance was available over the weekend, and when they did come, only one burner was repaired before the issue was left unresolved. This review is intended as a warning for those who may be expecting hotel-level amenities and accessibility. This property does not meet those standards.
