The room was filthy. There were stains everywhere. The drapes were torn to shreds the side chair was also kind of shredded up. There were holes in different things rust and broken pieces all over the place. The lock on the door didn’t work. It was missing pieces so it wouldn’t lock. I wouldn’t stay in that unsafe room and hotels.com didn’t work to get my money back even after I show showed them the pictures and the video of the front desk clerk saying that all I had to do was request a refund from hotels.com. Terrible experience.

The bed was comfy. The reason why I rate it kind of low is because the night shift receptionist guy was a little rude. The day shift receptionist and kitchen lady were nice. Our bathroom didn’t have a curtain shower and the floor would get super wet. We called the front desk to let them know and we were told they were going to send the housekeeper to clean but never showed up. Breakfast was good. At our last morning there, we found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Price was very affordable. As I mentioned before, the bed was comfy and we slept very well with not noise.

The images were for sure very deceiving. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but from entering the lobby and the rest of the hotel it smelled like cigarettes even in the nonsmoking areas. The room also smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk had an attitude and provided the wrong room number. The bathroom has a tub but you can’t take a bath. Their quilt and the blankets had stains on it. The air conditioner was great but other than that it wasn’t worth the stay.

Quality Stay, don’t stay.

The room was ghetto. Missing coffee filter, only three pillows, one towel set, AC unit didn’t cool down room, screen off window, shower curtain had stain on it, shower towel mat had a rip, blanket was ripped and stuff was coming out, no one came by to clean our room while we were gone. Breakfast was a joke, all they had were waffles,slices bread, cereal and banana’s. The orange juice was watered down/ coffee was nasty no type of protein was offered. I’ve been to other quality stays this is by far the worst one, Ever.

Property was dirty. Found cockroach's when we returned to the room after a day out. Only gave one towel and when requested more, they would only give me three towels for my four day stay. Shower was nasty.The doors were falling apart. Zero out of ten would not recommend.

unfortunately the room had a smell and it felt dirty, only gave 1 set of towels for a 2 beds. the shower didn't drain. the fridge ice part was iced over but with brown!!! it was just very run down not like any Quality inn I have ever stayed at before would not stay ever again..

This place is HORRIBLE! Reserved for 2 nights. No housekeeping, no clean towels, no clean sheets, trash was not thrown away, security of the door was not secured. Bugs crawling on the walls, walls were dirty!!!!! Traveled with 3 children. I do NOT recommend this location. Save your money and go somewhere else. This hotel should not even be in service to be honest. I would rate it a negative ZERO! Truly not happy. I traveled from Nevada too.

Dirty and nothing like advertised

This hotel is NOTHING like advertised. Very sketchy! The reception area is a complete mess. Behind the counter is stacks of papers and clutte at least a foot fully covering the counter. There is plastic shields (like COVID-19 style) between guest and worker. There are papers on the plastic that are falling off. Card was handed to me and room was called out. I wasn’t asked for anything and didn’t sign anything. Went through a side door that was unlocked. Possible homeless or camping people just sitting outside in lawn chairs in the grass next to the door. Stair way has not been cleaned in probably over 10 years. Upon arrival to the room it was disgusting! Appliances missing. Phone did not work, tv did not work, remote didn’t even have batteries. Things looked like they were pulled from the wall or table. Very dirty! Walls, sheets, floor, curtains, tables, etc… very dirty. Bent cards/cardboard found behind the headboard, shower dirty and broken. Basically everything broken. Dirty hand towel just balled up on top of the microwave under top of counter. Took a video and went back down to the front. Staff was put off and asked “what was it dirty or something?” I said yes and nothing like the advertised. I showed him the video. He was like “oh, you want a different room?” DO NOT STAY HERE. Very Dirty and UNSAFE!

Our room smelled musty, the drapes were torn and the curtain rod was pulled out of the wall on one side. We saw one roach under the tv and another in the bathroom. There was a phone, but when I went to call the front desk we noticed there was no cord, so it wasn’t functional. A previous guest had scratched “help me” on the window. We had a room for four people but only had two towels and no bath mat for the shower. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly and seemed irritated when we needed toilet paper and additional towels. We stayed here because it’s directly across the street from the sports complex. There are many other hotels/motels in the area that are significantly better.

Disgusting in every way. Discriminated against and literally stalked by the manager for being in a same sex relationship. What was done to my partner was too abhorrent to put up here. The only other employee was sullen at best and extremely rude for the most part. Had to basically fight to get towels for my room, even though we hadnt gotten any towels when we arrived. The maid first tried opening our door and then came back at 10am to tell us it was time to leave (checkout was at 11am). Oh and almost every single window in the place is broken out. And surprisingly, thats not even the half of it.

The carpet looked dingy and old. The walls in the hallway were filthy. The property has not been kept in good condition. The microwave in the room didn't work. The coffee pot in the room had old dirty water in it with slimy stuff. I will not stay here again. I was looking for something cheap and I definitely got what I paid for.
