I recently stayed at this hotel and woke up the next morning with several itchy bumps and welts on my body, which made me worried about possible bedbugs. My boyfriend immediately contacted the hotel, and they asked me to send photos, which I did right away. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or confirmation from management after that. Because I was so scared of bringing anything home, I ended up throwing away my weekend bag, clothes, and shoes. It’s been an incredibly stressful week not knowing for sure whether I brought anything back with me something no guest should have to worry about after a hotel stay. Whether the issue was confirmed or not, it would have meant a lot to at least receive some acknowledgment or reassurance. A little communication and compassion go a long way when guests are dealing with such an upsetting situation. I used to stay here often but won’t return.

The hot tub was not hot and very foamy. The chemical balance is off, not safe. There are crystals at the bottom, chemicals did not break down properly.

The room was small and outdated. The fridge in the room smelled horrible! We opened it for a few seconds and the entire room smelled. We had to leave our front door open to air out the room. There’s also no safe in the room. The “heated” pool was cold and the hot tub was closed because someone reported that it smelled like chemicals. The breakfast was mediocre…eggs, ham, waffles, bread, cereal, oatmeal. Would rather spend a little more next time and stay at a nicer hotel.
