Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very accommodating, easy free parking and a nice hot breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
We arrived at the property and found it to have no power. The clerk gave us a flashlight and key - we went to the room and opened the door to find it occupied by someone else. We were shocked. Went back to the front desk and the clerk basically just said 'oops'. Gave us another key but we decided to find another place with power. Even though we eventually got our refund we had to pay an increased amount at another hotel. This hotel refused to credit us for this inconvenience. What happened to doing the right thing for your customers; especially if you want them to return.

property not as advertised on website. On their website it states continental breakfast. I found no breakfast in the mornings. I would not have stayed if I knew there was no continental breakfast. I understand this will be blamed on covid but during covid you could update your website to reflect the current situation. I booked on information that was not correct and I don't feel this was fair!
The staff was nice. Hotel was somewhat clean except the elevator area but facilities are dated.
It was clean and newer. Pool area needed better cleaning and upgrading.
