We loved our stay at the courtyard Morgan Hill. The start was super friendly and the room was doctorated so beautifully. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice and big. I also really liked the shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They smelled so good. What a great place to stay. Nice central location!!!
I loved the walking path behind the hotel. I did not like that the kitchen was closed when it should have been opened
This property was conveniently located off the freeway and the little downtown was just a couple miles away and super cute. Great coffee at the Coffee Guys too. Just a little heads up, if you want a balcony room or room with a little patio, as seen in some of the pictures, it's not an option when you book through Orbitz. Still a very nice place and super friendly check in.

It took over two hours to check in. The manager and front desk staff were unfamiliar with how debit cards work and ran our cards multiple times holding thousands of dollars hostage for our weekend vacation. Our family had booked two rooms. One was paid for with a debit card as i stated above. The other room was paid for with a credit card. And the card was charged three times. What a nightmare trying to get this sorted out. Upon checking out the staff was incapable of providing me with a receipt for either room.
The very best part of our stay was the hotel staff. They just couldn't be helpful enough, and we were always greeted warmly and with a smile, whether we were just checking in or walking through the lobby. Lisa at the front desk was super friendly, super accommodating, and super efficient. The beds were very comfy, and the room was spotless. You know how you either feel comfortable walking barefoot in a room or not, or feel comfortable getting under the covers of the bed or not? Never a doubt in my mind to do either one of those things at this hotel.
Overall seemed as if room was clean, but when I started the shower there was some dark debris buildup/accumulating at the shower base. I'm certain it was not a standard occasion as other Marriot Hotels I've stayed in have usually been good in regards to cleanliness.
This is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The staff was always helpful and the room had all the amenities I could use, and it was extremely clean. I definitely will stay there on my nest trip.
The hotel was fine and the service was very good. the problem I had was that I booked a room with a King bed and got 2 Queens. I checked with the front desk and they showed 2 Queens. I double checked my email confirmation, which showed a King. Hmmm, I'm not sure what went wrong but disappointed that the communication between the online booking company (starts with an "O") and the hotel were a miss. I really hope you get this corrected. If this happens again then I will really be unhappy and begin to think it's the online booking company's problem
Based on our itinerary, we weren't able to check in to about 9pm at night. Check-in and check out was breeze. Took less a few minutes for both. House keeping was quick extras towels. Our stay was quiet and pleasant.
It was comfortable, close to restaurant. Off the freeway. Indoor pool is great.

Nice facility, but we were passing through and didn't use the pool. On checkin, we were told that our rate didn't get a free breakfast, but there were restaurants nearby, so that wasn't a problem. Room was fine, no hassles.
I searched for quality accommodations within a couple miles from the San Jose airport, and chose to drive a little to get the quality and quieter setting I was looking for. The location has optimal access to the highway without having the noise of the traffic. I was able to get my daughters to the airport for their early morning flight and return to freshen up before my trip back south. I will definitely use this hotel again.
We usually stay at the "Comfort Inn", which is not bad for your money, especially since they include breakfast. You have to add it on at the "Courtyard Marriot". However, Marriot hotel was the first place we've stayed where you couldn't hear your neighbors every step in the next room, which was nice. I also liked that they had a free computer you could use in the lobby for internet access and printing. We liked the indoor pool, as you didn't have to put on any sunscreen, but it would have been nice to swim under the sun.
The hotel is nicely placed near other eminities (gas station, restaruants, carwash, stores, shoping center) but does not get affected by the sound of them. So very convenient.
