Clean facility, due to covid not many amenities. Arrived late and still had decent service. Overall good experience and worked out to be perfect, another short drive to the coast worked out to be a good deal .

When I got to the room the bath room smelled like sewer. We had to be transferred to another room... we were told that room May not have been used in awhile. Although we loved Archie and was able to run us up new keys the condition of the room was good but a lot of stuffy walls and needs a good paint job

Loved the robot that delivered drinks to our room. My children found archie to be a highlight of the stay.

Great location! Large clean room and friendly staff!

We went to a wedding & got back late. I was looking forward to sleeping in & at 8:15am their housekeeping staff walks in my room. That's waaaay too early to be trying to clean a room for people that have 12pm checkout that day! Then we try & go back to sleep & the fire alarm goes off. It's finally turned off & we attempt to go back to sleep. Fire alarm goes off again! We're awake. Time to leave completely unrested. We find out burnt toast set off the alarm. But twice? Seems silly. The housekeeping staff needs to check which rooms will be checking out that day & leave them alone.

Good hotel, Great breakfast. Checked-in at 9 pm and told the staff member that we wanted a quiet room so that we could sleep late. In the middle of the night, we discovered that he put us in a room next to the restaurant exhaust fans! We were already in bed when the fans turned on. We were too exhausted from our trip that we decided to tough it out. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Modern decor, coffee in lobby, nice lines, comfortable bed. Quiet enough, even though it is close to the freeway. Staff went the extra mile. I originally booked a King room. Although they only had a 2 Queen room available, they offered us a breakfast voucher to compensate. I appreciated the nice gesture. Breakfast was standard, with made to order omelets.

nothing extraodinary, solid good hotel for a night

Its a nice and clean hotel its perfect for a couple

Easy freeway access, beyond that, just an average hotel, not a good value overall

Stopped here while traveling for work. It's an easy stop if you are about to head to Los Angeles and it's getting late. Great basic accommodations. They have a cute garlic theme in the town and it carries over to the hotel as well. Very convienient to the outlets as well. Overall a great stay and convienient.

We're a family of 5 - 2 little kids and a teen. The staff was great, helpful, all amenities like the pool and gym were meticulously cleaned as well as the room staff. They also were very acommodating to us for a late check out, which was helpful with children. The staff was extremely prompt with our requests as well. Great hotel given it's in the middle of a semi-rural area like Gilroy.

It was worth while staying half an hr away from the destination, for good service, clean rooms, and easy check-in and check-out.

What makes this hotel stand out is the friendly and competent staff.....it is not in an exotic location but it was convenient for a shopping trip at the nearby outlet in Gilroy.....it is clean , quiet , and comfortable.....

Typical HGI, good rooms, good staff, breakfast a little pricey, but all in all, a very nice place to stay.

good

great hotel overall but did not enjoy listening to traffic on 101 at night.

I was in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay and party after. Location wise it was convenient, but price for what you got not that great. Pretty much was a bigger motel 6 and gave you free lotion and mouthwash with the shampoo and conditioner. With the exception a one person at the desk, the staff was really friendly even when we were told to be quiet. Overall I think I should have just stayed at the motel 6 in the same parking lot and save $50.
