Good for the price

Walls were Dirty. Hole in bathroom door. Dryer didn’t work. Mold in shower. Scuffed paint everywhere. No conditioner.

everything is fine for the money. The room was clean.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and quick & easy check in and out.

The good: the linens were of good quality, the bed was comfortable but you could feel & hear the springs, nice tv The bad: the after hours manager did not seem to be able to speak English, I could smell cigarette smoke strongly from the next room, the caulk in the shower was moldy, you could hear the freeway noise loud & clear. Would definitely not stay here again.

Bed was comfy, front desk man was awesome. Our group had about 20 people and we were all comfprtable.

great location for the gilroy outlets, good value for the location rooms could use a update

I've only stayed over night at the motel a few times, never disappointed: - Great location for Gilroy/Bay area visit (a whole lot cheaper than anything in the bay area.) - Everything you'd expect in a basic motel (better towel than most) - Very clean/double towels for everyone - Free wireless - Free frig too! (unlike some fancy hotels) There's no pool and the TV is stone age. But those are not that important to me.

Couldn't really say why but this room felt like I might pick up some insect infestation. I was bitten by 2 fleas during my stay.

The location is unbeatable. The room is very clean and well maintained. Double curtains, newer and quiet large AC. Quality bed and sheets. When I arrived late for checkin, the older gentleman have my receipt and printout ready for me to sign! (a first for any hotel anywhere!) It has working and clean and quiet frig and microwave. Only thing is the TV is not flat panel, and the outdoor stairs to the second floor felt shaky and steep. But all in all, it's unbeatable for what it is.

Hotels in Monterey for the Lacuna Seca race were all but sold out, and the ones with openings where about $250 per night and up. For the price, the 40 minute drive to the track was worth it. You won't be bragging about the room, but it was a place to sleep on the cheep. Freeway, gas station and Deneys close.

We just wanted to stay one night where near to the Premium Factory Outlets, Gilroy so that we picked this on [...]. After tax, we paid $50 with change which we thought it was what we wanted. It's an old inn and little noisy. Parking and Internet was free of charge and very minimal choice of breakfast which we did not even have it while checking out the next day. There was an outdoor pool onsite but I doubted people would ever swim there. Ice machine was located downstairs and easy to find along with other vending machines. Upper level was accessible by stairs only which located to be part of the parking lot.Denny's just across the street from the place, and 2 min walk to the nearest factory outlets (as Premium Outlets contained 3 sites). Not much to say but if you've the money, stay somewhere else.

The family that manages the hotel is very friendly. If you need anything they serve you with a smile.

The hotel was good for the price. We were not looking for anything fancy. We needed a hotel to just sleep and shower so we could shop the next day. Hotel was near the Gilroy Outlets, so that was a plus.

The Showers had no pressure. Toilets didn't function well.

The only thing attractive about this hotel was the price, but like the title says, you get what you pay for. Customer service was rude, with an attitude like whatever you asked, it was a great big imposition for them. Room was utterly tiny, and smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that it caused us headaches. There was barely enough room to walk between the beds and the television, and with a few kids to deal with, that quickly became maddening. The laundromat featured one washer and one dryer (all located outdoors), and no soap dispenser. When I inquired about where the soap dispenser might be, the man behind the counter simply said, "You go buy at store." We had two nights pre-booked in this place to attend the Northern California Renaissance Faire, and all of us needed room to change and lay clothes out. It was frustrating to say the least. Worst of all, when I inquired on check-in about whether he offered a discount for armed forces / peace officers / firefighters, he not only told me no, but gave me about a five minute speech about how I have already paid the money and he has no ability to adjust pricing. I didn't just fall out of the turnip wagon yesterday. Gilroy Inn will not be receiving any business from us again.

Our Hotel Stay was great. We traveled from Los Angeles for a Weekend in Northern CALI. We Visited Gilroy Gardens. Great Amusement Park for the young ones. Our plan was to Stay at San Fransisco, but we stayed here which was 1 1/2 away from there. Worked out great. WE went to San Fransisco after we we checked out.Hotel staff was kind and attentive. and the continental Breakfast fed all 10 of us.. Nice and Quit Area. NOT GHETTO. The Shopping was walking distance. OUTLETS!!!! COACH. NIKE. and all the others. I Recommend this Hotel. Nice getaway..

Dear guest, We are disappointed if one of our guests leaves with less than first rate experience. Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We sincerely apologize that our hospitality and attention to details left something to be desired, this is very unlike us. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
