We stayed here with our family while passing through and booked last minute based on the 9+ guest rating, which set pretty high expectations.
The front desk staff and overall customer service were excellent—friendly, efficient, and very welcoming, especially given our late arrival around 10pm. That was definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, the property itself felt quite worn and did not reflect the rating we saw online. As we walked down the hallway to our room, there was a lot of noise, including teens running around, and sound carrying easily from other rooms. The building seems to lack good sound insulation, which made it feel less restful than we had hoped—especially traveling with small children.
We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or other amenities, so can’t speak to those.
Overall, great staff, but the condition of the hotel and noise level didn’t match a 9+ experience in our opinion.
