I have stayed here before and the condition has deteriorated. My room was missing a coffee maker, bag for ice bucket, cups, Kleenex, and a rod to hang clothes. The A/C unit was near the ceiling so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom had some wood that needed repair. The pool wasn’t open for the season because it needed to be painted. The breakfast needed to be restocked and staff had to be asked to restock. The bed was decent, I like a firmer mattress but that is a personal preference. It was a two bed room but there were only two thin bath towels, one hand towel and no washcloths.

The place is outdated and needs a lot of repairs. Our toilet would not flush, we had to manually allow to fill the tank. The floors were quite dirty as my socks were filthy after walking in the room trying to get settled in. There were maybe 3 guests in the entire hotel and we were unable to get a room downstairs. The woman put us in a stinky smoking room at first. Then moved us two doors down on second floor..

I wouldn't come back here if they offered a free room. There's plenty of other better places near by. I don't typically stay at 5* places but usually most of the.places I stay have shampoo. To the extent that I've accumulated many of those little bottles and to the point where I finally decided I wouldn't take any more when I travel. Wouldn’t you know. The 1st place I've ever stayed that didn't have shampoo.

Ancient and decapitated, noisy refrigerator and HVAC unit, Dog poop not cleaned up in parking lot, curtains would not close, Grass not cut, small empty pool, TV remote didn't work, bath was dirty, Air in room stinks, homeless people present, dangerous, and more—unacceptable rating by all booking sites.

Room was simply terrible. The blanket on the bed for very very thin. There was no shampoo in bathroom. My room was in a back corner under the stairs I also did not find it because it was so hidden.

Trash cans in outside area overflowing with garbage; no coffee in room, no stopper for drain in either sink or tub; one very tiny soap bar, no additional soap, shampoo or conditioner; fan in water closet sounded like a truck whose wheel bearings had burned up; dated bath. Did have a refrigerator and microwave, and a good television with cable or streaming network that had a large variety of stations. Also did have two body lotion guest tubes.

Sorry state for what used to be good hotel.

The hotel is in poor condition. A big hole in the wall by the bathroom sink, about 1 foot by 8 inches. Water-stained floor boards, rusty towel rack, dusty end table and counter. The outside was the worst, full outdoor trash cans, dirt and leaves and crumbling concrete everywhere. No hot water to the bathtub/shower, just cool lukewarm. The sink did have hot water. The bed seemed clean and the front desk people seemed like nice people, just not very knowledgeable or well trained. Overall impression is that the property owner is short on funds and or attention so they have nothing to work with.
